Our Story
Cocoa's Coffee House started with a simple conviction: the best moments of your day deserve better than a gas-station cup. In 2019, we opened our doors on Sandy Oaks Loop with an espresso machine, a passion for quality, and a belief that a neighborhood coffee shop should feel like coming home.
Today, we roast small batches, bake from scratch, and greet every regular by name. Whether you're grabbing a quick espresso before work or settling in with a book for an hour — this is your spot.
